Standard delivery cost is £9.50 up to 20kg for UK Mainland (England, Wales & Scotland).

FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders above £65 with a maximum weight of 20kg.

For Click & Collect service there are no delivery charges and items can be picked up in our store at 2 Elephant Road by next working day (if ordered before 12pm).
Please allow at least 3-5 working days for UK delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched or ready to collect in store, we will send you a confirmation email.
Orders can be tracked via the Order Status page. A link to the order status page can be found on any confirmation email received. Please note that once items have been dispatched, a tracking number will appear with a link. This will be directed to our courier's page where you'll need to enter tracking number and postcode.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally and can only ship to all UK Mainland.

In the rare occasion where your order has not arrived, please contact us via email at where someone from our online team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Before proceeding to check out, you can always write a note specifying where our courier can leave the order in case you won't be home.

Courier company will try up to 2 times to deliver your order. A card will be left so contact can be made with local depot to arrange re-delivery.
Orders can only be placed through our website. To place an order with you just have to browse the products you want, add them to your cart and proceed to check out to pay an state your delivery method.
To cancel or change an order that has been already placed and paid, you can write us an email to to specify what you need or alternatively you can give us a call at 020 7231 2282.
You can browse the shop and add products to your cart before you've registered with us. It is not explicitly necessary to have an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend registering first so we can check if we deliver to your postcode and it would be much more easy for you to buy next times, so you won't have to write all your details again.
In the case you have an account and want to change information like delivery location, payment methods or name, you just need to login into your account first. Once done that, you will be able to access to your account dashboard. Click on the "Edit" button of the fields you want to edit and change the information desired.
When you try to log in, select the "Forgot your password?" link. Follow the instructions and we'll email you a secure link so you can reset your password.

When you arrive at your Check out page, you can either decide to do an express check out with external payment providers or through your Credit/Debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit and American Express for payments made with cards. You can also pay with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay if you decide to do an express check out. We never store any information regarding your payment details, and we use some of the most reliable security certificates in the e-commerce industry through our Shopify partners to guarantee that your payment details are 100% secure.

From the moment you place an order, you will be redirected to an Order Status Page where you will be able to download in Pdf a receipt for the order you just made. A link to the order status page can be found on any confirmation email received after your purchase.
You can try to use the top bar at our website "Browse Shop" to find the products you need. In the case you still can't find it, try to use different search terms related to the product. (For example if you are looking for Arequipe, try using Caramel spread or sweet). You can always ask us any questions related to products through our Facebook widget at the right bottom of each page.
If you discover that there's something wrong with the product, such as a fault, damage or it's not as described, you can request a refund by replying to any email confirmation we sent you or send us an email to Alternatively you can call us directly at 020 7231 2282 and we'll be happy to help go through your refund options with you. As a consumer, you have certain legal rights regarding the return of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described. Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights. If there are any perishable items in your delivery that you're not happy with, you can either contact us at – or give us a call on 020 7231 2282 to discuss your options. Unless there's something wrong with the item (provided with evidence), unfortunately we can't offer a refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.
