They are delicious, succulent prime cuts of pork chorizos.
Once opened keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 2 days, do not exceed the use by date. Can be freezed on day of delivery and used within 2 months. Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Once thawed do not refreeze.
MUST BE COOKED BEFORE EATING
Cooking instructions - remove all packaging before cooking.
BBQ - Place Chorizos on a hot grill and turn halfway - cook for 4-6 minutes.
Oven Cook - heat oven at 190°C, cook in the middle shelf for 15 minutes.
Pan Fry - Fry over a medium heat, cook for 4-6 minutes, until cooked through.
Afet cooking - make sure they are piping hot throughout before serving, rest for 2 minutes before eating as it maybe too HOT.
