Queso campesino is the most popular Colombian cheese. It is slightly salty and is similar in flavour to Farmer's fresh cheese.
Our queso is lovingly made in an award winning SALSA accredited organic dairy farm in the U.K - we do not recommend imported fresh cheese as there is a high risk of unwanted bacteria. With our cheese we have full traceability from farm to us.
We use our cheese to make delicious Colombian bakery produce like pandebono's and pan de yuca, arepas and many more.
